Play Nice but Win is a book by Michael Dell that details his journey from founding dell out of his garage, to leaving the company, to later becoming once again the CEO and leader of Dell. I read this book because my mom works at Dell. The book argues that the best strategy for life and for business is to be ethical, but still win and be successful. This is one of the core principles of dell, and it started my interest in business ethics. When I run a business one day I plan to follow Michael Dell’s mantra of “Play Nice but Win.”
